This is a heartwarming story about a little dog named Rookie who lost his mother when he was young. He had to live on a farm with a variety of animals.
To cope with the loss, Rookie began to spend time with the cows in the barn, and he formed a strong bond with one cow in particular.
The cow treated Rookie as her own, playing, cuddling, and even letting him sleep on her back.
However, due to financial difficulties, the farmers could no longer afford to keep both cows, so they had to sell one.
Rookie was devastated when he realized his friend was leaving and he became depressed, barely eating and spending much of his time crying.
Eventually, the farmers realized that they could not keep Rookie and his cow friend apart any longer.
They decided to bring the cow back home after seeing how upset Rookie was. When Rookie saw his friend again, he was overjoyed and rushed over to greet her, crying tears of joy.
