Just one week after coming into this world, six baby skunks were abandoned by their mother.
Luckily for them, a farm cat who recently gave birth to five kittens decided she simply had to step in and do something!
She was a bit reluctant in the beginning, but then she let the wee one nurse.
Two weeks have since gone by and the six tiny skunks are now thriving – and their new mom couldn’t be any happier or more content.
This sweet cat has become quite devoted to all of them and even carries them around with her to show them off to visitors!
The little skunks will one day be released once they’re old enough and able to fend on their own.
