A dear neighbor of mine sent me this lovely little picture earlier today.
She told me that it was driving her absolutely crazy, so of course, I had to try it for myself!
They say that only one out of every fifty people can actually find all the items on the list.
Now, I do not know if that statistic is completely true, but it sure is a wonderful way to wake up the mind.
Taking a few minutes to solve these little mysteries is always a delightful break from the daily news.
It gets the mental gears turning and proves that our eyes are still as sharp as a tack!
Let us take a look at the cheerful holiday scene we have here.
It looks like Mrs. Claus has lost something in the house.
She is holding a giant magnifying glass and inspecting the wooden floorboards.
Poor Santa is standing right behind her in his classic red suit, looking quite confused.
But the real challenge is the bold message written right across the top.
The creator is daring us with the words: “I’m positive you can’t locate the 4th object.”
Well, I think we are more than ready to take on that challenge!
Here is the checklist of the four everyday items we need to spot today.
We need to find some Clothes.
We need to spot a Mug.
We must locate a Knife.
And finally, we are looking for a Banana.
Give yourself about sixty seconds to look over every inch of the room.
Grab your reading glasses, settle into your favorite chair, and let the hunt begin right now!
Take it nice and easy, and do not let the ticking clock rush you.
Let us start by looking right out the window on the left side of the room.
Do you see the snowflakes falling outside? Look very closely at the frosty glass.
Now, bring your vision inside and check the wooden shelves.
Look right between the stacked white plates and the bags of coffee.
Have you managed to cross the clothes or the mug off your list yet?
Keep your eyes moving across the room and look at Mrs. Claus.
Pay very close attention to the beautiful white apron she is wearing over her dress.
Sometimes these artists love to hide straight objects inside those swirly embroidery patterns!
You are doing great, but you only have about twenty seconds left to finish your list.
We still need to find that Banana!
Where on earth would they hide a piece of yellow fruit in Santa’s living room?
Check Santa’s thick white beard, his boots, and his black belt.
Look at the little table with the green lamp on the right side of the picture.
Keep scanning the walls and the curtains.
