Liel Ainmar Assayag adopted a cat from an animal shelter and named it Panda. The cat immediately loved her owner and followed her wherever she would go.
There was one particular thing about her new owner that Panda seemed fascinated by — Liel’s belly.
Panda’s favorite activity is to lie directly over Mum’s belly. But gradually it became bigger and bigger – and soon it became so big that Panda had to lie next to it instead.

Today, Sean and Panda are best friends and Liel is their proud mother. Panda still enjoys sleeping with Sean, just like she did when he was still in his mom’s belly. At night, if not directly in bed with him, she lays on the floor next to the door instead, as close as she can possibly be to him.

Sean might not quite understand it yet, but he’s certainly acquired a friend for life.
