Kitten fights sleep and fails adorably

This is the case for this adorable Scottish Fold kitten.

Though he’s clearly exhausted and should be sleeping it off, the little guy is set on staying awake.

He sits upright, stoic like, refusing to lie down.

But despite his best efforts, his face betrays him.

His eyes start to close, his head starts to tilt back, and his body even starts to sway.

Kitten Falls Asleep While Her Friend Plays

It looks like the little kitten had a very hard day hanging out with her buddy, because she can’t keep her eyes open any longer and simply falls asleep “standing up”!

And she doesn’t fall asleep anyway, laying nicely on her paws, but her eyes suddenly close, and she falls as if on her head!

As expected, on contact with the ground he is scared to death and wakes up more lively than ever!
